What We Do & Why

We were there just over a year ago. An etopic pregnancy left me with only one tube which was roughly 90% blocked while the other was completely lost. We know how you feel.We began this journey, the same journey you are seeking now to do all possible to bring forth this dream of pregnancy. Now we are on the other side of it at 9 weeks pregnant and after having the vacation of a lifetime. More of our story is later in the site but lets discuss first how we may be able to help you.

Why did we choose South Africa?

We learned that South Africa is much different than the rest of mainland Africa. They speak English as a first language (it sounds something like a cross between british and australian), the private medical facilities are some of the best worldwide, there are beaches and wineries galore, and of course safari, safari, safari. South Africans are very open and generous people and always ask visitors if they are comfortable or need help. Don't just believe me tho, do your research with Trip Advisor, Conde Nast, and National Geographic. I have created some helpful links on the contact us page to make it easier for you. There is also no visa required for US passport holders, no shots, and no departure tax. Capetown is malaria-free and is also hosting the 2010 Soccor World Cup. The most important thing that helped me to decide on South Africa was that my OB in Houston was completely behind my decision and stated that they would take great care of me and I would be treated extremely well. I am back now and I can honestly say that he was right!
