The Nitty-Gritty- how it all works
How this process works is that you contact us for initial consultation. The first 45 minutes are free either over the phone or in person. Next, choose your clinic and contact them. We recommend Cape Fertility www.capefertilityclinic.co.za but you are free to choose another if you wish. We have general figures of how much their services cost but it is your responsibility to confirm as well as transfer records etc. An example was my IVF costing $3000 US including medication and ICSI. Please tell them you are working with us.
Okay,now that you have established trust between us and your clinic its time to make a non-refundable $250 deposit and start moving forward. This deposit will be applied toward your package if you continue the booking process. We take care of all the travel arrangements once the clinic has set your schedule and we work around that. We offer several packages below or can tailer a specific one for you.The "In-And-Out Package"- 16 nights starting at $4985US per couple
We Include:
- Flights
- Rental car
- Bed & Breakfast accomodation
- Travel insurance
- All wiring fees
This does not include food or medical services. An example for the whole process with this package for say IVF would be roughly $3000 to the clinic+ $4985 to us= $7985 total!! This is the most economical way to go.
All prices are subject to seasonality, cost of fuel etc and are not completely fixed until booked.
The "Stay-And-Play Package"- the above package plus 3 night 5 star safari just add $2600
We Include:
- International flights to and from capetown
- Rental car while in Capetown
- Bed & Breakfast accomodation in Capetown
- Travel Insurance
- All wiring fees
- Round-trip flights to safari from Capetown
- Rental car for one hour drive to safari destination and back
- All food, liquor, and game drives while on safari
All prices are subject to seasonality, cost of fuel etc and are not completely fixed until booked.
Additional Information
- All flights are assumed to be coach class
- Rental car is manual transmission with air like Toyota corolla or similar
- Bed & Breakfast are self-catering and include small kitchens with maid service M-F
- Travel Insurance is at minimum Silver level wich includes coverage for baggage loss and emergency medical evacuation if needed
We can upgrade any or all of these services at your request. We will discuss later your standards of individual comfort i.e business class flights or a luxury hotel.
